4-STEP WORKPLACE INJURY PLAN

PREVENTION

Prevention is always better than cure. Our aim is to prevent further or potential injury. We do this through early intervention exercise programs and management strategies in the infancy stages.

MANAGEMENT

If you do sustain an injury we’ll co-ordinate with your employer, GP, physiotherapist and any other allied health professional to make sure we have a plan moving towards your recovery goal.

REHABILITATION

At Myogenesis, our Exercise Physiologist’s collaborate with you to develop a personalized exercise rehabilitation program. Programs are comprehensive and look at the full picture.

PERFORMANCE

Our goal for all patients is to ensure they are able to complete all tasks effectively. We’ll tailor an independent exercise program that will continue to improve your durability so that you’re able to maintain your function.
